摘要
目的研究ICU护理技术的涵盖范畴及分类方法,为ICU护理人员分层次培训及ICU护理技术准入管理提供依据。方法本研究通过德尔菲法设计一份调查工具,邀请30名ICU护理专家参与问卷调查。结果确定了99项基本涵盖ICU护理技术的项目。根据护理技术性质不同,将ICU护理技术分为4类;根据护理技术安全性和难度的不同,将护理技术分为3类。结论ICU护理技术准入可首先从"基础护理技术"开始,逐步开展"监护技术",分批、分期准入,"医疗技术配合"项目需专门培训后逐项准入。
Objective To study the scope and classification of ICU nursing techniques,in order to provide a basis for ICU nurses＇ hierarchical training and access management. Methods The Delphi method was adopted in this study. Thirty experts participated in the questionnaire investigation. Results Ninety-nine ICU nursing techniques were identified. They were classified into four categories according to the natures and three categories according to the degree of security and difficulty. Conclusions ICU nursing skills can first access from the ＂basic nursing skills,＂ start to gradually carry out the ＂Guardianship technology＂ in batches and in stages access,and ＂medical cooperation techniques＂ for each access to specialized training.
