摘要
目的探讨危重型流行性出血热(EHF)的临床表现、并发症及治疗,分析其特点及规律。方法回顾性分析24例危重型EHF的临床资料。结果24例患者中14例治愈出院(占58.3%),死亡10例,占41.7%。死亡患者具有多种并发症,死因主要为心衰性肺水肿、难治性休克、多脏器功能衰竭、脑出血等。结论危重型EHF具有病情重、并发症多、病死率高的特点,提高危重型EHF认识,采取有效的措施防治各种并发症是危重型EHF救治成功的关键。
Objective To observe the clinical manifestations,complications and treatments of severe epidemic hemorrhagic fever（EHF） and analyze the characteristics of severe EHF.MethodsTwenty-four cases of severe EHF were reviewed retrospectively.Results Fourteen patients recovered（58.3%） and 10 died（41.7%）.All the dead patients underwent several complications.Most frequent death causes of severe EHF were pulmonary edema due to heart failure,refractory shock,multiple organ failure,cerebral hemorrhage,etc.Conclusion Severe EHF was characterized by multiple complications,poor prognosis and high fatality rate.More understanding on severe EHF and improving the treatments could play an important role in reducing the fatality rate.
