摘要
本文介绍了用于加工摩托车发动机气缸及连杆的超硬材料珩磨油石，讨论了金属结合剂特性、磨粒种类、粒度、浓度、制造工艺时油石性能的影响，经使用表明，本文研制的油石能满足用户要求，并取得了较好的经济效益。
In this paper, the diamond and CBN, honing stones for working cylinder andlink rod of moter cycle are introduced. The influence of the characteristis of metal bond, thetype, size and concentration of ultrahard abrasive(Diamond, CBN) as well as manufacturing technology of honing stores on the honing performance are discussed. It has been proved that the honing stone manufactured by the authors can satisfy the desire of user, we and user have got good economy efficiency.
