摘要
目的:探讨循证护理应用于全髋置换术术后病人的实施效果。方法:选取我科病房2005年开展循证护理前后收治的全髋置换术患者240例,分别实施骨科常规护理和循证护理,将两组护理效果进行对比。结果:实施循证护理组的病人满意率明显提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;并发症发生率降低,平均住院日减少(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对全髋置换术后病人实施循证护理,提高了骨科护理质量和服务水平。
Objective：To explore the implementation effect of postoperative evidence-based nursing in the patient of total hip replacement.Methods：We selected 240 patients of total hip replacement receiving evidence-based nursing from 2005, and divided them into the conventional nursing group and evidence-based nursing group to compare the nursing effectiveness.Results：The patient satisfaction rate was obviously increased, the incidence of complications was significantly reduced and average hospitalization days were decreased in the evidence-bases nursing group compared with the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of the post-operative evidence-based nursing in the the patients of total hip replacement can improve service level and nursing quality.
