摘要
目的:建立心血康胶囊的薄层色谱定性鉴别质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中的药材人参、三七、制何首乌、丹参、姜黄进行了定性鉴别研究。结果:薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法简便、准确,重现性和分离度较好,可用于心血康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for Identification of Xinxuekang Jiaonang by TLC. Methods： Identification of Radix Ginseng, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Polygoni multiflori, Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Rhizoma Curcumae Longae were achieved by TLC.Result： The TLC sports developed are fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability and was not interfered by other constituents in the prescription. It can be used for the quality control of Xingxuekang Jiaonang.
