摘要
高技术产业作为一种知识和资本高度密集的产业形式,随着网络通讯技术的发展,逐渐呈现出虚拟化的趋势。在分析高技术虚拟产业集群融资特点的基础上,参照信用互助的融资模式,提出了一种基于集群互助融资基金的HTVIC融资模式,并为其设计了基本制度和运作流程。该融资模式以通讯网络为技术支持,以信任为合作基础,体现了高技术企业间的互助互利,能够整合企业的资金能力,降低其融资成本,满足成员企业的不同融资需求,并能为集群营造良好的诚信氛围。
High-tech industry is highly technology-intensive and capital-intensive. As the development of network communication technologies, high-tech industry appears a trend of virtualization. Based on analyzing the financing advantages ofhigh-tech virtual industrial clusters, a financing mode based on cluster mutual-aid fund is put forward, relative basic principles and operational processes are designed. This financing mode is built upon network platform and based on mutual trust. It can display the mutual aid and mutual benefit between high-tech enterprises, integrate the capital abilities of the member enterprises, reduce financing cost and form good credit environment within the cluster.
