摘要
采用沙培法,应用主基因多基因混合遗传模型分析了低温胁迫下强耐冷的东乡野生稻与两个冷敏感籼稻所配组合6个世代材料苗期根系形态性状的遗传,发现东乡野生稻最长不定根长的遗传属于1对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传,不定根数为2对显性-加性-上位性主基因遗传。其中主基因的遗传力都不是很高,表明环境对水稻根系耐冷性的遗传有着不可忽视的影响。
By using sandy culture method, the morphological characters of root in rice seedlings of PI, P2, Fl, Bl, B2 and F2 of two hybrids from Dongxiang wild rice which has strong tolerance to cold and two cold - sensitive indlca varieties under low - tempera- ture stress were analyzed by the major gene and minor gene mixed inheritance model. The results both showed that the genetic model of the length of the longest nodal root in Dongxiang wild rice seedlings belonged to D - 2 ( the inheritance of a pair of additive major genes and additive - dominant polygenes) , and the genetic model of the number of nodal roots per plant belonged to B - 1 ( the inheritance of two pairs of additive, dominant and epistasis major genes). The heritability of major gene was not so large that the effect of the environment on the inheritance of cold tolerance of rice root system could not be looked over.
