摘要
为提高传统环形行波型超声波电机的输出转矩,研制了一种改进型共轴并联式双定子双转子超声波电机。与传统行波型超声波电机相比,这一电机在保证驱动电源和直径不变的基础上,通过略微增加的体积,将输出转矩在理论上增加一倍。同时,通过对这种电机的样机进行实验检测,输出转矩较同型号超声波电机增加80%,表明该电机具有实际生产价值和广阔的应用前景。
In order to increase the export torque of traditional rings traveling wave ultrasonic motor, designed an ameliorative type of ultrasonic motor with coaxial, parallel connection, double stator and double rotor. Compared with traditional traveling wave ultrasonic motor, this design not only changed driveing and diameter, but also enhanced double output torque in theory through the appreciably increased volume. At the same time, experimental test of samples show at its output torque increases 80% in contrast with the same type motor. It indicates that this kind of motor possesses actual production value and extensive application foreground.
