摘要
溶血磷脂酸是一种重要的信号分子,是由细胞膜磷脂在其代谢的过中经G-蛋白耦联膜受体介导产生的一种中间产物,在血小板激活凝集时也可由血小板释放产生,被称为细胞的"多功能磷脂信使",具有广泛的生物学效应。近年来许多的研究发现、溶血磷脂酸可以参与体内多种生理与病理过程,并且在促进细胞的增殖、分化与凋亡,免疫系统的调控和肿瘤或癌细胞的侵袭与转移,以及心脑血管血栓的形成等问题上具有特殊的研究意义,从而愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文针对溶血磷脂酸在心血管系统中的研究进展和在中医药领域研究中的意义进行阐述。
LPA is an intermediate metabolism product of cellular membrane phospholipids.It could also be released by agglutinated platelet activation.For the past few years,researches have showed that LPA is one of the most important signaling molecules.It could create wide cell biological effect by the mediation of the G-protein linkage membrane receptor.These effect refer to the differentiation,generation and apoptosis of the cell.At the same time,it also includes the immunoregulation and the aversion and invasion of the tumor.So LPA has become the main focus of the research because it participates in many processes of the body＇s physiological and pathological function.This article overviews the new research perspectives of lysophosphastidic acid and summary its effect and meaning in cardiovascular system and the Chinese medicine research.
