摘要
分析了中性点不接地系统单相接地的电流量相量,获得了不接地系统发生金属性或经过渡电阻单相接地时线路电流的特点,提出了利用移相后将电流综合的不接地系统单相接地故障的判据。结果表明,该方法简单、有效、可靠、精度高,解决了出线回路少或线路短、利用比较电容电流判别单相接地的误判问题,可供借鉴。
The current phasor of single phase grounding in neutral non-grounding system is analyzed, and the characteristics of line current are also drawn when the metallic grounding or single phase grounding via transition resistance occurs in non-grounding system. Based on the phase shift, a criteria of single phase grounding fault is presented. The resuits show that this method has characteristics of simplicity, effectiveness, reliability and high precision. Thus, it solves the commission error problem caused by the few circuits of outgoing line or the short line length and discrimination single phase grounding by comparing the capacitance current.
