摘要
针对温度控制为大体积混凝土工程质量和施工进度的关键因素之一,以溪洛渡工程为背景,基于已有浇筑块的光纤测温数据反演了混凝土热学参数,并对未浇块进行温度预报。实践表明,此方法可行、有效,温控措施效果良好,有助于减少温控成本。
Temperature control is one of the crucial factors for construction quality and progress of the large volume concrete project. Taking the Xiluodu Project for an instance, thermal parameters of concrete are obtained by inversion analysis based on the temperature data of existing pouring concrete measured by optical fiber, and the temperature of non- pouring concrete is forecasted. Practice shows that the proposed method is effective and feasible. Tthe effect of temperature control measure is good and it is helpful for reducing the cost of temperature control.
