摘要
我国企业还在研究供应链的时候,国外的优秀企业如戴尔已经在使用一种更为先进的业务模式——价值网。基于这种背景,以Dell公司为实例,对Dell价值网从设计到实施和运行的各个环节进行了详细的研究,最终得出结论:以价值定位、价值活动、价值创造、战略控制和业务实施为主体的价值网构建模型是可实施的。对实现企业价值、提高企业在电子商务环境下的竞争能力具有指导意义,以期给国内的企业一些启发。
Value network, a new business model which gradually instead of traditional value chain model has been widely used by some foreign enterprises such as Dell. This paper uses Dell as a sample of value network enterprise to summarize each detail from design of value network to operation of value network and conclude that the value network which is based on value proposition, value activity, value creation, strategic control and operation could offer high quality products and services while at the same time, reducing costs and strengthening enterprise's competitiveness. Through this paper some Chinese enterprises can get some illuminations on constructing their value network.
