摘要
目的了解中西结合治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将78例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为2组,均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用中药治疗,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组40例,痊愈35占88%,显效3例占8%;对照组38例,痊愈20例占53%,显效9例占24%;2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗组治疗寻常型痤疮疗效确切,且未见明显不良反应。
Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect integrated Chinese and Western therapy in treatment of ordinary-type ache. Methods 78 patients with acne vulgaris were divided into 2 groups, the conventional therapy were executed in them and the TCM therapy were appended in therapy group. The clinical curative effects in both groups were compared after treatment. Results 40 cases of therapy group, 35 cases of recovery to account 87.5 96, 3 cases of excellence to account 7.5 %. 38 cases of control group, 20 cases of recovery to account 52.63 % , 9 cases of excellence to account 23.68 %. There was significance difference in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The method of integrated Chinese and Western therapy has remarkable curative effect in treatment of acne vulgaris.
