摘要
示范性高职院校立项建设,是以办学模式和人才培养模式改革为核心的内涵建设,实现该项建设是以科学的教学质量保障体系为基础的,要充分认识构建教学质量保障体系的重要性,树立"以人为本"、"国际标准"、"多元主体"、"动态发展"等教学质量保障观,系统规划保障体系建设。
The construction of model higher vocational colleges and institutes is a kind of connotation construction which centers on the reformation of the school system and the personal training system, and this construction should be based on a scientific teaching quality ensuring system. The importance of the construction focused on teaching quality ensuring system should be greatly realized. The conceptions, such as ＂people oriented＂, ＂international standard＂, ＂main body with multi-ele- ments＂ and ＂dynamic development＂ etc. should be set up systemized in the construction.
