胫骨平台后侧髁骨折的诊疗进展 被引量：4

Progress on the diagnosis and treatment of posterior tibial plateau fracture

摘要 胫骨平台骨折为关节内骨折，约占全身骨折的1％，其治疗原则为解剖复位、坚强内固定、早期功能锻炼，常采用的治疗方法为前外和（或）前内侧切口显露，钢板和（或）螺钉固定，必要时植骨。胫骨平台后侧髁骨折为一种相对少见的骨折类型，常用的Schatzker和AO／OTA等胫骨平台分类系统均没有系统地描述这一类型的骨折.
