摘要
共性技术是企业专有技术的基础平台,共性技术的自主创新有利于企业改善产品结构、技术结构、节约成本、环境保护,加速工业结构优化升级。文章分析了共性技术的供给特征,探讨共性技术自主创新促进工业结构优化升级传导机制,最后提出相应的政策建议。
Genetic Technology is the basis of firm-level special technology,and its development will be in favor of improving product structure, technical structure, reducing cost, protecting environment, and speeding up the optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure. On the basis of investigating the character of generic technology in supplyside ,we try to explore the microcosmic mechanism for generic technology to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. Finally we put forward some countermeasures.
