摘要
考察了某调峰电厂联合循环发电设备的配置与运行状况,针对其负荷频繁变动的特点,提出了余热锅炉补燃改造方案,并通过实践证明,带有补燃的燃机-蒸汽联合循环更能适应调峰电厂的运行特点,改造后机组运行状况得到了明显的改善,有效提高了调峰电厂的能量利用率,达到了节能降耗的目的.
On the basis of inspecting the configuration of combined cycle generating units and its running conditions in some variable load plants, it is shown that because of lack of the supplementary-firing burner unit for the exhaust-heat boiler, low-load operation of gas turbine leads to steam quality deterioration and efficiency descending of combined cycle. So the reconstruction program of adding the supplementary-firing burner unit to the exhaust-heat boiler was proposed. Mter reconstruction, the operation condition of combined cycle generating units is improved obviously, which shows that the supplementary-firing reconstruction of the exhaust-heat boiler can promote observably the energy usage ratio of the units, and the aims of saving energy, reducing consumption and improving economic benefit are achieved.
