介绍了设计-施工总承包模式的内涵及其特点,通过对其在高速公路建设中的应用现状及存在的突出矛盾进行分析,提出了设计施工总承包模式在高速公路建设中急需解决的几个问题及对策。
The paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of the D-B mode.By analyzing the current application situation and the prominent contradiction,it puts forward a few problems badly in need of solving and countermeasures.
