大鼠心脏插管留置术的探讨

摘要 目的探讨大鼠右心房插管留置术实验方法。方法20只SD大鼠进行右心房导管置入术,术后随机分为2组(导管穿弹簧正内孔组、导管穿弹簧侧边入内孔组),每组各10只。导管在体内固定后由颈背部引出,穿过弹簧,导管另一端固定于饲养笼外的支架上,导管外接三通管等。结果24 h对两组模型进行实验观察。(1)导管穿弹簧正内孔组:只有1只导管弹簧设备未完全破坏,另9只模型的导管被咬断或拉出了出来,10只模型都不能从导管抽取血液样本。(2)导管穿弹簧侧边入内孔组:导管和弹簧设备都完好,其中9只模型都能从导管抽取血液样本。结论导管穿弹簧侧边入内孔组模型方法是成功的,有一定的推广价值。 Objective To explore the improvement of techniques of right atrial catheterization in rats.Methods/20 Sprague-Dawley rats were used for the right atrial catheterization surgery.The rats after surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups,10 in each group: Group A: the catheter was directly inserted inside the opening hole of the wire spring group,and group B: the catheter was inserted from the lateral side of the wire spring.The catheter was fixed in the body and pulled out from the neck back followed a fixed lead,through the spring.The catheter was finally fixed on a holder outside the cage.The catheter can be externally connected with other device such as trigeminal pipette,etc.Results Observation of the rat models in the two groups at 24 hours after catheterization showed that: 1) The group with catheter directly inserted into the hole of the wire spring: in nine rat models the catheter was gnawed or pulled out,and only one spring catheter device was not completely damaged.Blood samples could not be taken from the catheter in all the 10 rats in this group.2) The group with catheter inserted from the lateral side of the wire spring: the catheter and spring devices were kept in good condition,and blood samples could be taken from the catheter in nine of the ten rat models in this group.Conclusions/The operation that the catheter is inserted into the wire spring from the lateral side has been proved to be a successful and useful procedure,and deserves popularization.
