摘要
将初重17 g的异育银鲫360尾随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。Ⅰ组喂蛋白质含量为32%的氨基酸不平衡日粮,Ⅱ组喂蛋白质含量为32%的氨基酸平衡日粮,Ⅲ组喂蛋白质含量为32%的氨基酸平衡加酶日粮,Ⅳ组喂蛋白质含量为35%的氨基酸不平衡日粮。结果表明:氨基酸平衡和外源酶不仅能显著提高异育银鲫增重率和特定生长率,而且显著降低异育银鲫氮收支中的排泄氮比例,提高生长氮比例(P<0.05)。在含氮排泄废物中,氨基酸不平衡组的氨氮、亚硝基氮含量显著高于氨基酸平衡组(P<0.05)。相关血液生化指标测定结果表明氨基酸平衡日粮能促进蛋白质的合成代谢,氨基酸平衡组的总蛋白和转氨酶含量显著高于不平衡组。
Three hundred and sixty Allogynogenetic crucian carp fingerlings( average initial weight of 17 g)were di- vided into four groups randomly, namely group Ⅰ ,Ⅱ , Ⅲ and IV, each of which had three duplicates. The group I were fed with the amino acids unbalanced diet of 32% crude protein (CP) ;group Ⅱ were fed with the amino acids balanced diet of 32% CP; group Ⅲ were fed with amino acids balanced diet of 32% CP and 0. 02% exogenous enzymes;group Ⅳ were fed with amino acids unbalanced diet of 35% CP. The results showed that amino acids balance and exogenous enzymes im-proved the growth performance and growth rate, and decreased the percentage of excreted nitrogen of nitrogen budget remark- ably, resulting in the increased percentage of growth of nitrogen (P〈0. 05). In the excreted nitrogen, the percentages of ammonia nitrogen and nitrosoamine nitrogen of amino acids unbalanced were higher than those of amino acids balanced signifi- cantly(P〈0. 05). Blood biochemical indices indicated that amino acids balanced diet could accelerate protein anabolism, and the total protein of amino acids balanced group was higher than that of amino acids unbalanced group significantly(P〈 0. 05).
