摘要
高等学校学科建设的目标与定位对图书馆建设与服务提出了新的要求,图书馆应组建学术服务团队以适应学科化、个性化服务的发展趋势,以满足服务于高校学科建设的需要。文章探讨了学术服务团队的定义、内涵、定位、目标,以及保证团队良好运行的保障机制。
The library should build academic service teams to adapt the trend of disciplinary and personalized services, to meet the request of universities＇ subject construction. The paper discussed the definition, connotation, location and goal of academic service teams. It also proposed the guarantee mechanism to ensure the teams＇ good operation.
