摘要
对起爆具中高能固相炸药PETN加入量、粒度级配、以及PETN与载体炸药TNT熔融混合温度、浇铸温度等制备工艺条件进行了研究,制备了能够被3.6g.m-1导爆索直接起爆、与低能导爆索配套的高能起爆具,其密度大于1.60g.cm-3,爆速大于7000m.s-1,可击穿25mm厚低碳钢板,温度和水中压力实验均符合要求。
The technology of the booster preparation including particle size distribution and content of the main explosive PETN, mixing and casting temperatures of the PETN and carrier explosive were studied. A new high energy booster was prepared in the study and was initiated by 3.6 g · m^ -1 detonating cord. Its density is greater than 1. 60 g· cm^ -3, detonation velocity is greater than 7000 m · s^-1. It could breakdown 25 mm thick low carbon steel plate. Temperature test and under water pressure test results show that it meets the requirements.
