摘要
目的调查分析住院心脏病病种和诊疗方法的变化特征,提出护理对策。方法以4年为一个时间段,回顾性调查近10年3731例住院患者资料,比较病种和诊疗方法的变化。结果住院患者数量逐年上升。心脏病病种及其诊疗方法均发生了明显变化。结论应重视病种和诊疗方法变化,在临床工作中不断学习新技术、新方法,提高业务水平,主动适应这种变化。
Objective To study the changing characteristics of the disease variety and diagnostic methods for cardiac disease patients in hospital,and to present countermeasures of nursing care. Methods Taking 4 years as a time zone,to retrospectively study the files of 3 731 patients for recent ten years and to compare the changing charac teristics of the disease variety and diagnostic methods. Results Number of cardiac disease patients grew up year by year, the disease variety and diagnostic methods for cardiac disease patients took place significant changes. Conclusion Paying emphasis to disease variety and diagnostic methods for cardiac disease patients and studying new technolo gy,technical know-how and new method, thus improving nursing level,trying to be suitable for the changes.
