摘要 永磁同步电动机(PMSM)是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的复杂系统,其伺服系统的控制策略直接影响PMSM的性能指标。以TMS320F2812为主控芯片,详细论述了以PMSM为执行元件的交流伺服系统的软、硬件设计。试验表明,该伺服系统反应快,精度高,能满足工业应用的需求。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is a muhivariable nonlinear system with strong coupling. The control method of its servo system affects performance of PMSM. The hardware and software design of PMSM servo system based on TMS320F2812 were discussed in detail. The experimental result verified that the fast responding and accuracy meet the industrial needs.
