摘要
合理的修复或更换零部件是再制造的关键工艺过程之一。以故障树模型为基础,引入分层多级递阶表示方法,构建了产品再制造故障分析元模型,在此基础上构建再制造工艺方案的模糊评价模型,采用模糊偏好评价方法对再制造设计过程中零部件是选择修复或替换方案进行了模糊评价,有利于减少资源浪费环境污染、降低产品成本,进一步为产品再制造设计特性的评估提供了支持。最后给出了一个应用实例。
Reasonable repair or replacement of parts is important in remanufacturing processes. Based on fault-tree model, multilevel hierarchical method was applied to build the product remanufacturing fault analysis model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of remanufacturing process scheme was built, and fuzzy preference method was applied to evaluate repair or replacement process scheme, which was aiming at reducing the waste of resources and environmental pollution, minimizing cost and providing support for evaluating product remanufacturing design features. An application was provided.
