With an introduction of the preparations of Shenzhen metro, one of the basic programmes in home manufacture strategy, and a schem of vehicle equipment production, the author insists that the rate of home - manufactured vehicles, mechanical and electrical equipments shall reach the portion of 60% , and all the products shall be reliable and commercialized by employing the matured techniques for the purpose of approaching or overtaking the advanced levels of the world.
