摘要
不可再生能源日益减少,脂肪酶催化合成生物柴油已受到普遍关注。综述了不同来源脂肪酶催化制备产生物柴油的研究现状、工艺特点及应用进展,提出了脂肪酶催化合成生物柴油的研究与发展方向,为今后脂肪酶催化制备生物柴油提供思路。
Non-renewable energy sources are declining.The technology of lipase catalyzed synthesis biodiesel has been paid extensive attentions.This paper reviews the research status,technologic feature and industrial application progress of lipase from different bacterial sources in the preparation of biodiesel.Meanwhile,it points out the tendency of the research and development of lipase catalyzed synthesis biodiesel.Lipase-catalyzed preparation provides ideas of biodiesel in future.
