摘要
建立了转子-轴承-电机-隔振器系统的3维有限元模型,系统分别采用电磁轴承和机械轴承作为转子的支承,利用专业转子动力学软件SAMCEF/ROTOR对相同的不平衡量,分析了系统的不平衡响应。通过改变隔振器的刚度,计算了不同隔振器下系统的不平衡响应。分析结果表明,对于所分析的电机,采用电磁轴承作支承时,机脚处的不平衡响应小于采用机械轴承作支承时的不平衡响应。
A 3D finite element model of a rotor - bearing- motor - vibration isolator system was presented. Static unbalance analy- sis of the model was conducted with the professional rotor dynamics analysis code SAMCEF/ROTOR. There were two kinds of the analysis models, one used the machinery bearings as the rotor supports, and the other used the magnetic bearings to support the ro- tor. Static unbalance response analysis of the different stiffness of the vibration isolator was also presented. The results showed that with the magnetic bearings as the rotor supports, the unbalance response in the foot of the motor was less than the motor with the mechanical bearings.
