摘要
该文介绍了在不同温度情况下草履虫的采集方法,提出了纯化培养草履虫与生态法培养草履虫的方法,探究了困扰剂法、脱纤毛法和体积——定量法三种草履虫的活体观察方法。
In this paper, the method of gathering on paramecium caudatum in different temperatures is introduced and the method of culturing paramecium caudatum with sublimating and ecological law is put forward. The author explores three observational methods of living paramecium caudatum, which are beseted reagent, perplexed cilium and volume-quantifying.
