摘要
研究了TMS320F240 DSP芯片对7.5 kW 4相(8/6极)开关磁阻电机的控制调速,比较不同功率变换的利弊后,根据电机结构选择功率变换电路、主开关元件,设计了实用性较强的无位置传感器检测转子位置方案,以及控制器的硬件电路,给出了具体的系统抗干扰措施.通过系统测试,本调速系统控制频率较高,电机运行噪音小,性能优越.
The four-phase 8/6 pole and 7. 5 kW switched reluctance motor drive based on TMS320F240 is designed. The paper elaborates the disadvantages of different power converters. The converter circuit and main switch are chosen according to the SRM. The hardware of the controller design is given. It is proved by experiments that the system performs satisfactorily in speed regulation , the controlling behavior and anti-disturbance properties.
