摘要
软式排球与硬式排球相比,对场地器材要求低,它安全性强、适应范围广,其技术更易学习掌握,更易在学生中组织比赛,更具有健身性、娱乐性和可观赏性。软式排球融个人技术与集体配合,锻炼与娱乐于一体,具有消除练习者恐惧心理的独特魅力,使得这一运动项目适合在学校开展。
Compared with hard volleyball, soft volleyball does not need much space and equipment and is safer, more adaptable and easier to learn. In addition, it is convenient to organize matches among students and therefore more healthy, entertaining and attractive. Soft volleyball combines individual skills with collective cooperation and training with entertainment. It can eliminate the psychological fear so that it is fit for universities.
