摘要
针对新疆干旱地区棉花膜上移栽裸根棉苗投苗的需求,研究设计了一种针对膜上孔穴定点投苗的裸根棉苗移栽投苗机构。该机构采用链夹式投苗结构,可以同时完成投苗与扶正棉苗作业。通过计算分析确定了苗夹的投苗角度,从理论上保证了棉苗根部能够准确落入穴孔中;设计了镇压轮仿形装置,该装置可以根据膜面情况调整投苗装置在机架上的位置,使处于投苗状态的苗夹始终与地面保持恒定的高度,减小地面的起伏对投苗装置的干扰。
Focusing on the demand of the bare rooted cotton transplant on the membrane in the arid areas in Xinjiang, so design a mechanism which can throw the bare -rooted cotton into the hole exactly. The mechanism which adopts a structure of clip - on chain to throw cotton, can finish the work of throwing and righting. After calculating and analyzing, established the degree of throwing and insured the cotton can drop in the hole exactly in theory. Designed a copying device of roller which can adjust the position of the mechanism on the frame depending on the shape of the membrane surface. All of this can keep the position of clamp and the surface of soil in a permanent height, and decrease the distracting of rugged ground to the mechanism.
