摘要
雷电灾害是最严重的10种自然灾害之一,掌握雷电灾害的时空分布规律,对做好雷电防御工作具有重要的社会意义。根据2003-2008年河北省雷电灾害的统计结果,揭示了河北省雷电灾害的时空分布规律,并结合河北省实际情况,进一步分析了雷电灾害发生的可能原因,为全省防雷减灾工作提供参考。
Lightning disaster is one of the ten most serious natural disasters. Obtaining the rule of the spatial and temporal distribution of lightning disaster is of great social significance for doing well the lightning prevention work. Based on the statistic analysis of the lightning disasters data from 2003 to 2008, this paper reveals the spatial and temporal distribution of lightning disasters in Hebei Province, and analyzes the possible reasons of lightning disaster taking place, which gives a reference to lightning disaster protection and reduction work.
