摘要
通过实验,研究了气液两相雾化器在不同气、液相进口压力匹配条件下喷雾所致噪声的频谱特性及其变化发展规律.借助Malvern粒度仪对雾化粒子尺寸分布的测量结果,定性地分析了喷雾噪声的频谱特征与雾化特性的关系,获得了雾化过程中与雾化机理密切相关的动态信息.对实验结果的分析表明,雾化器在气、液相进口压力相等或相近的条件下将达到最佳工作状态,此时的雾化粒子分布特性可作为代表雾化器特征的性能指标.
An experimental study is made to evaluate the amplitude/frequency characteristics of noise from a gas liquid sprayer at different gas liquid inlet pressure ratios. Liquid particle size distribution in the spray is measured by using a Malvern particle size analyzer. The qualitative relation between the signature of the noise spectrum and the performance of spraying is obtained. The results show that an optimum performance can be reached under the condition of two separate phases being of same pressure level while the particle size distribution could be regarded as the performance index of the sprayer.
