Research on Construction Project Value Optimization Based on Construction Site Layout

摘要 以价值工程理论为依据,从施工场地布置入手,以减小建筑场地设施之间的价值流和安全隐患为目标,达到优化价值流、减小建筑成本、提高施工安全的目的。文中的场地布置问题被看成是数学中的二次分配问题,并采用了目前运算效率高的蚁群算法进行目标函数寻优,从理论上对场地进行布置,克服了以往单靠项目经理经验布置的弊端。 The study aims to reduce the sum of value stream between the facilities and improve the safety level of construction site, thus to increase the project value. In the study, the construction site layout was modeled as quadratic assignment problem, which was solved by the ant colony optimization algorithm. Moreover, the construction site layout was not only developed from the aspect of value engineering, but also from the mathematic theory to overcome the bias generated from the experiences of site planners.
