摘要
目的:探讨一种有效且简便易行的微创修复小儿腹股沟斜疝的方法。方法:利用普通硬膜外穿刺针配合腹腔镜一孔法修复小儿腹股沟斜疝67例。结果:手术均获得成功,随访未发现复发。结论:采用此方法修补小儿腹股沟斜疝不破坏腹股沟管的解剖结构,工具简单,操作方便,创伤更小,效果肯定,外表美观,适于基层医院推广。
Objective ：To study a more effective and simple mini invasive surgery of high ligation of hernial sac of inguinal hernia in infantile patients. Methods ：By applied of outer thimble protection casing of epidural anesthesia needle,high ligation of hernial sac was performed by only single hole laparoscopic operation in 67 infantile patients. Results ：All cases were operated successfully. There were no complication and no recurrence. Conclusion ： This surgery doesn＇t destroy the anatomic structure of inguinal canal. It＇s safe ,convenient ,minimal invasive and economal ,and suitable to extend in primary level hospitals.
