摘要
目的:提高对特发性嗜酸性粒细胞增多症(IHES)导致动脉血栓的认识。方法:报道1例IHES伴左下肢动脉血栓形成病例临床表现及其治疗经过,并进行文献复习。结果:入院后予糖皮质激素、溶栓、抗凝、抗血小板聚集等治疗,病情无改善。行左腘动脉球囊扩张、插管溶栓,病情明显改善。结论:IHES可导致动脉血栓形成。
Objective：To improve the recognization of idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome （IHES） associated with artery thromosis. Methods ：A case of IHES associated with left lower limb artery thromosis was reported and the related literature was reviewed. Results ： Corticosteroids, thrombolysis, anticoagulation, anti-platelet aggregation were administered after admimission,but there is no improvement. Left popliteal artery balloon dilation and thrombolytic therapy intubation were administered. There is significant improvement. Conelusion：IHES can lead to artery thromosis.
