摘要
对潍坊发电厂2号机组凝汽器运行现状进行了介绍,分析影响凝汽器性能的主要原因,提出了改造的目标和原则。通过采用新型排管方式、合理调整冷却管支撑间距,并同时更换冷却管材的方法在大修期内对凝汽器进行了改造。改造前后的热力试验结果表明,凝汽器的各项性能指标都有明显提高。
The operational status and problems on the condenser of the No. 2 unit in weifang power plant were introduced. The main reasons affecting performance of condenser were analyzed, putting forward the goal and principle of retrofit for condenser. By using new type tube arrangement, rationally adjusting support spacing of cooling tubes, and replacing cooling tubes, the old condenser was retrofitted in overhaul period. Based on the thermal test date of the pre and post retrofit, all performance indexes of condenser are obviously improved.
