摘要
针对我国城市中压配电网规划中存在的电网网架优化选择和资金合理利用的问题,通过对中压配电网各种供电方案的经济性研究给出了推荐方案。总结了我国城市中压配电网的典型接线模式,进而给出了基于不同接线模式供电方案的经济性分析方法,并以我国某城市为例,运用上述方法计算了不同接线模式供电方案的单位负荷年费用,通过结果的分析与比较,给出了经济性最优的供电方案,并通过敏感性分析找出了影响电网投资的敏感性因素,对配电网规划具有一定的指导意义。
In view of the problems existed in China urban medium-voltage distribution network planning such as the network optimization and how to use the fund properly, this paper provides a solution through the economy study on all kinds of power supply scheme for medium-voltage distribution network. Firstly this paper summarizes the typical connection modes of the medium voltage distribution network, and then gives an economy analysis method of power supply scheme based on different connection modes. Next this paper calculates the unit load annual cost of the power supply scheme under different connection modes by the above method with taking some city of China as an example, and gives the optimal power supply scheme from the economy aspect by analyzing and comparing the results. Moreover, the sensitivity factors which might influence the power grid investment are determined by the sensitivity analysis. Studies of this paper are helpful to direct the distribution network planning in some sense.
