摘要
为了生产一种可靠性高、大容量、小体积、可焊性好、不炸裂、安装简便的楔形无引线瓷介电容器,通过调整瓷料配方和改进化学镀镍生产工艺制作电极,解决了该电容器在高温浸焊及安装上瓷体炸裂问题,并使该电容器本身的电参数性能有明显改善。利用此种工艺制作的楔形无引线瓷介镍电极电容器,不仅解决了生产的技术难题,提高了产品质量,并降低了生产成本。
In order to produce a kind of wedged non-lead porcelain capacitor with high reliability, small in volume, good in welding, non-breaking and simple in installation, via adjusting porcelain material formula and improving the production process of electroless nickel plating electrode, problems of the capacitor in high temperature soaked welding and porcelain body breaking in installation were solved and the capacitor itself was obviously improved in electrical parameters and performance. Using this process to manufacture wedged non-lead porcelain capacitor not only solves technical problems in production and raises product quality, but also cuts down production cost.
