摘要
研究了在超声波辐射下,次氯酸钠漂白硫酸盐竹浆的工艺,探讨了漂白过程中,超声波处理时间、温度、次氯酸钠用量及漂白浆浓对竹浆白度的影响,得到了超声波辐射竹浆漂白的最佳工艺条件:60℃超声波处理100min、次氯酸钠用量10%、浆浓10%,在该条件下竹浆白度可以达到77.40%.
The sodium hypochlorite bleaching of sulfate bamboo pulp under ultrasonic radiation was investigated. The effect of the ultrasonic radiation time, temperature, sodium hypochlorite and concentration of bleach- ing bath on the whiteness of bamboo pulp were discussed. The optimum bleaching process was obtained: the ultrasonic treatment was performed for 100 min at 60℃, NaCIO dosage was 10%, the bamboo pulp concentra- tion was 10%. Under the optimal process, the whiteness of bamboo pulp could reach 77.40%.
