摘要
目的:制备天银胶囊并建立其质量标准。方法:采用醇提工艺制备本品;对本品的薄层(TLC)鉴别、水分、崩解时限等各项指标进行研究,并以高效液相色谱法测定方中天麻素的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好。样品进样量在0.0992～3.1744μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为96.94%,RSD=1.35%(n=9)。结论:该制备工艺合理可行,质量标准全面可靠。
OBJECTIVE： To prepare Tianyin capsules and establish a quality control method for it. METHODS： Tianyin capsule was prepared by alcohol extraction technology and studied its indexes such as TLC identification, moisture content, disintegration time, et al. The content of gastrodin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS ： The TLC identification was distinct and the spots were clear. The linear range of samples were 0.099 2-3.174 4μg （r=0.999 9）with an average recovery of 96.94% （RSD=1.35%, n=9）.CONCLUSION： The preparation process reasonable and feasible. The method is steady and reliable for the quality control of Tianyin capsule.
