呼吸系统微生态演替及其研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 微生态演替是指正常微生物群,在自然和人工因素影响下,在机体解剖部位的生态空间中的发生、发展和消亡的过程。它可以分为初级演替、次级演替以及生理性演替。在人体呼吸道内,正常菌群无时不刻地进行着演替,这一过程使得呼吸系统微生态形成了动态平衡。呼吸道各类型演替过程对于临床疾病治疗都有着重要的意义,并受到越来越多的关注。本文对近年来呼吸系统微生态各类演替过程的研究进展进行了综述。 Microecologlcal succession means the generation, development and dissolution of normal microbiota with the action of certain natural or human factors. It can be divided into 3 parts, i.e. primary succession, secondary succession and physiologic succession. In human respiratory tract, the normal microbiota undergoes succession at any time which leads to its dynamic equation. All the successions have their clinical significance especially in clinical treatment. In this paper, the related studies on microecological succession in respiratory system in recent years were reviewed with some prospects to its future development.
