摘要
介绍了冷轧带钢在剪切过程中对钢板位置进行检测和控制的必要性以及生产要求，并详细介绍了用超声检测装置代替进口光幕的设计原理和方法，同时还介绍了利用硬件和软件结合滤除各种干扰信号的方法。
This paper explains the necessity for the detection and control over thfe position of steel plate in the shearing process of cold-rolled steel strip and the relative production requirements;expounds in detail the design prineiples and method,of the substitution of an ultrasionic detector for the imported detector;and meanwhile introduces the method to filter disturbance signals by the combination of hardware with software.
