摘要
在PH6,34的柠檬酸三钠-盐酸介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(Fer-ron)形成络合物,在线性单扫描示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏吸附波,一阶导数峰电位Ep=0.56V(vs.SCE)。峰电流与铜的浓度在0.005~0.315μg/mL间呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.001μg/mL。用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质及电极反应机理,证明了该极谱波为络合物吸附波,峰电流由中心离子铜(Ⅱ)还原产生,络合物组成为Cu(Ⅱ):Ferron=1:1,表现稳定常数β=1.52×104。试验了多种离子对峰电流的影响。方法应用于生铁和硅钢标样中铜的测定,获得满意结果。
In the medium of trisodium citrate-HC1,Cu (Ⅱ)reacts with 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid (Ferron)to form a complex,which has a sharp ploargraphic wave at-0. 56v(vs. SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of0. 005ug/mL-0. 315 ug/mL,the detection limit is 0. 001ug/mL. Several electrochemical methods are used to investigate the electrode reaction mechanism and proved as following: Ploargraphic wave is an absorptive wave;the composition of the complex is 1: 1,the number of electron transfer is 2 ; the apparent stability constant is found to be β= 1. 52 × 104; the peak current is produced by the reduction of central ion Cu(Ⅱ). The method is successfully applied to the determination of Copper(Ⅱ)in standard sample.
