摘要
基于UG基础平台,应用逆向工程点云切片数据提取理论开发逆向工程模块。通过建立多个与点云数据相交截面,提取点云数据的特征边界点,再将特征点拟合成线,线拟合成面或体。实例显示该模块能有效地从散乱点云数据中提取特征点,实现在UG环境下逆向建模。该方法也解决了UG从部分逆向软件导入后数据不能编辑、修改的问题。
Based on UG platform, the reverse engineering module in UG is developed according to the theory of point cloud slice extracting. Several crossing sections which cross the point cloud data are created, extract the characteristic points which are located on the border. The points are fitted to lines and the lines are fitted to surface or body. An example of reverse modeling is presented to illustrate the validity of the methodology. The function overcomes the bottleneck that the data which are imported from some reverse engineering softwares can't be edited or be revised in UG.
