摘要
针对西安某房地产开发有限公司开发的某住宅小区单体楼桩基础PHC管桩的检测情况,分析了问题桩的产生原因,通过专家的讨论论证,经过设计院同意,对存在的问题桩采取了三种加固处理方案。
