摘要
介绍了卫生部规定全国统一使用的重大医疗过失行为和医疗事故报告系统的有关概况,讨论了在具体实践应用中存在的不足与问题,提出了相应的改进对策和建议。
The situation of major medical negligence incident and malpractice reporting system is introduced and the existing problems in operation are discussed. Some countermeasures areproposed.
