摘要
针对面向东盟的云南第三方物流企业的现状,分析了其在与东盟的物流合作中存在的风险,最后提出了详尽的物流风险管理策略。
Logistics activities are closely connected with logistics risks, which, especially the regional ones, would jeopardize the availability, organization, efficiency and effect of the services provided by logsitics enterprises and result in the compromise of customer satisfaction. In view of the current conditions of the ASEAN serving TPL enterprises in Yunnan, the paper analyzes the logistics cooperation risks involved therein and at last gives a detailed strategy of logistics risk management.
