摘要
宫外孕是常见的妇科急腹症之一,而经阴道超声作为一种无创伤、简便易引、重复性强的检查方法,已成为临床常规检查手段之一。现就超声诊断宫外孕的特征、临床价值、图像特征、鉴别诊断及误漏诊原因进行综述。
Ectepic pregnaney is a common gynecologic acute abdomen. Transvaginal uhrasonography （TVS）, which is a non-invasive and simple-operated examination method with strong repeatability, has become a rou tine means in clinic. The uhrasoundgraphy diagnosis characteristics, clinical value, image characteristics, differential diagnosis as well as the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis reasons of ectopic pregnancy were reviewed.
